Favorite youtube chefs/cooks?
I am more a visual learner than a book learner, so if I can learn far more readily from a youtube broadcast over reading a book, I'll choose the video. I've been wondering if anyone has recommendations for chefs or cooks on youtube. I am quite a fan of Chef Todd Mohr. He covers pretty basic skills (and, since I'm at a very basic level, this is helpful) and he doesn't d-r-a-g things out so that a two-minute segment takes fifteen minutes. Does anyone else have any youtube favorite cooks/chefs?
