Corn meal

Hey guys. So one of my favorite meals for a few months was chili + cornbread. The last time we made it, we'd gotten a brand new canister of corn meal, and then we realized that we were SICK of chili and so we won't be making chili or cornbread again anytime soon (I only really like cornbread when I can dip it in chili!). So now I have an almost-full, save for a cup, of cornmeal in my pantry. What can I do with it that is NOT cornbread or any of its affiliates (corn muffins, etc.)? Is there anything I can do with it, or will it be destined for half-assed (yet still delicious) cornbread?
