Request for Favorite Pressure Cooker Recipes

So my initial foray into the world of Pressure Cooker was somewhat okay (Country Ribs were fall off the bone tender, but was bland as hell. Very suitable for the Husband...*eyeball roll*)

Anyway, I'm getting that new toy zeal and am looking for some tried and true favorite Pressure Cooker recipes. In exchange, here is the "recipe" for my second pressure cooked meal. ("recipe" as I just threw things into the pot)

1 package lesser quality Chicken Wings ("B" wings as my neighborhood Key Food labels them.)
5-6 Potatoes (They were on their way out.. Use em or lose em, lol)
2 carrots (also on their way out)
2 onions
8+ cups of water
3 TBS powdered chicken broth
a splash or two of dry sherry
Several pieces of bay leaves

Being as it may, the package of wings were still frozen. I got it to partially thaw using the cold water method. Meantime I peeled and cut the potatoes and carrots. Dumped into the pot. Peeled and quartered the onions. Dumped those into the pot. Sprinkled in the chicken broth. Then went to pry apart the chicken wings. Dumped those into the pot. Poured in enough water to have it go a little past the 3/4th full marker (approximately 8-9 cups of water in an 8 quart pot). Splashed in some sherry and the bay leaves. Lock and load time.

High heat until it starts to rock. Low heat and cook for 25 minutes. Shut off heat and let pressure go down on its own.

I think I'll cut the time down to 15-20 minutes next time. When the bones go to mush too... I think that a sign. Oh but it was so tasty. I also kinda sped things along by using tongs to tip the pressure regulator so that steam escaped faster (I saw Jacques Pepin do something like this on TV and I wasn't about to heft a huge pot of soup for the quick cooling thing with the sink)

I wished I took a picture of results, but I lack a digital camera or a camera phone.

meat: chicken, appliance: pressure cooker
