I love Jim Coleman. I interned for him when he was still at the Rittenhouse Hotel. I've been to his restaurant in Blue Bell, and his shows are great. It is a fun way to spend a Saturday mid-afternoon with NPR/PBS.

OOOH, lucky you!
Is his food worth the trip out to Blue Bell? I've heard good things, but so few people in my circle have made the trip so I don't have much to draw on.

It is a TOTAL pain-in-the-arse to get there, but the food is WORTH it. I went for my birthday last year, and the same sous-chef that I worked under works there, so I got a tour of the kitchen too. You MUST go and check it out.

If I get married somewhere fancy, it would definitely be at The Normandy Farm!
