I'd like to make some mexican food tonight!

I've had really good tortillas wrapped around beef that had been braised (so you could pull it, like pulled pork)...but I'm not quite sure how to make the sauce? Does anyone know what I'm talking about? lol

I'm usually not this vague, but I can't think of a better way to describe it. Any help?

sauce: all, meat: beef, cuisine: mexican
