Hey everyone, I just need help with a quick and dirty dinner idea.

My roommate (who isn't home now, but will be later) makes a mean tuna or tofu casserole. I know that it consists of macaroni, cream of mushroom soup, frozen veggies, tofu/tuna, and maybe some cheese. But it seems that she doesn't have a written recipe for it! I wanted to make it, but I'm not sure how.

I found a recipe that sounds sort of like it. It goes like this:

1 7 ounce package elbow macaroni (2 cups)
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese (8 ounces)
1 medium onion -- finely chopped (1/2 cup)
1 6 ounce can tuna -- drained
1 10 3/4 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom
OR
1 10 3/4 ounce can condensed cream of celery soup
1 soup can of milk

Heat oven 350º. Grease 2-quart casserole.

Cook and drain macaroni as directed on package.

Mix macaroni and remaining ingredients in casserole. Bake uncovered 30 to 40
minutes or until hot and bubbly.

My question is: Do you just add the uncooked frozen veggies to this? Will they bake properly? Also, what spices do you suppose would be good?

Thanks for your help!
