Expecting that it won't ever happen, or for people to hold back on their roleplay is unrealistic when you're in that type of position. And to ask that they do it because you don't like having to clean up messes is unfair to them. It's just part of the job, when you choose to take on a leader position. You're there to clean up messes and discipline people and all that jazz. If everyone did it by themselves, there'd be no need for a leader. And if that isn't the type of roleplay that you want, then there's no sense in having it if it makes you unhappy. You can choose to either buckle down and deal with it in roleplay, or give it up so you don't have the hassle.
But the fact of the matter is, that's what you get when you're a leader and you have to decide if it's worth it to you.
