Updates on me and our Beijing Fried rice man

Well, I haven't updated in a while. It's 'cause my laptop got stolen. Along with our two tv's and some of my jewelry :/
Explanation done.
Sj-world says they'll only be selling their towels and tshirts at 2-5pm before the concert.. I don't know if I can make it. If my chaperone does drive me, what will I do for two hours before the concert, eh? Eh?
Also, I wanted to really fill you guys in on what was happening with Han Geng and SM that gave him the need to sue. Credits to Gengbao who compiled it from forhangeng and gengfans on wordpress, I just digested the information and am ready to give it back to you guys in (hopefully) easy to understand pieces. Lol it turned out longer than I expected and unfortunately I seem to not be able to make an lj cut on my iTouch ^_^
1. On the day when SM was supposed to respond to Han Geng's lawsuit, they blocked blog sites that posted in favor of Han Geng from being found through searching "Han Geng" or "Han Geng fans". Si Woo, a wellknown blogger on Geng called to Naver to ask about this. While they usually have good service, they wouldn't fix this problem for her.
Furthermore, when you searched Han Geng all that came up were trash posts about him or first impressions of surprised and dismayed ELF. This was done to make Geng look bad. Obviously.
2. Stage of Youth, SM conflict: SM really wanted to stick three SJM performances into Han Geng's drama. In fact, they threatened to pull Han Geng out if CCTV, the airing company, didn't do so. CCTV reacted by moving Geng's show to a children's channel, and away from primetime viewing hours. They even uploaded all the episodes online after the third episode played on TV, effectively ruining chances of the show's success.
3. Boys before Flowers incident: You might have heard that a producer wanted Geng to cast as Jihoo (second lead male role) for The Chinese Boys Before Flowers but Geng refused because he wanted to devote himself to 3jib activities. This is the real story.. The producer called up SM asking to send Geng to auditions. Then SM doesn't even let him know. He only found out afterwards when he got called asking "why didn't you go to the audition?"
4. Once a producer really wanted Han Geng for a role in Mulan, calling SM many times, but was turned down every time.
5. Olay was looking for a male actor, and kind of wanted Han Geng. They monitored a concert, which SM told all the fans that their light up signs weren't allowed and therefore made it seem like Geng was about the same popularity as the other members and was not worth casting.
6. Ariel Lin's MV was supposed to star Han Geng but SM pushed to put in Donghae and Siwon instead.
A flowing thread you can feel running throughout is that SM really doesn't care about Han Geng furthering his acting career. To them he's just a convenient bridge to the Chinese market, useful only for the promotion of Super Junior. And if whatever opportunities there are for him don't have that promotion for Super Junior, then screw it (SM's attitude)
7. At one concert, while all the other members' families had amazing center seats, Han Geng's parents got some lovely seats all the way in a little corner. Hmm.
8. Whenever SM has control of ticket distribution and gives them to a certain site to distribute, Han Geng fans don't get any of the tickets. Anti Chinese at work? Well, the thing is, Zhou Mi and Henry's fans got their tickets fine. But Geng's fans always had to buy from scalpers.
9. Even though the rest of SJ gets to visit their parents whenever they have free time, when SJM went to China Geng was specifically requested to stay at the apartment with the other SJM members.
10. When SJ went to China all the other members shared living expenses with each other and the company while Geng had to pay for his own.
11. Most of us have heard about SM's unfair payments to their idols. They only used very general ledger books to determine Geng's salary, and when Geng asked for more specific ones so he could make sure he's getting the money he earned, SM refused. No particular reason. Furthermore, they would only pay him in Korean won, which apparently has to be exchanged twice to go into Chinese RMB. Which deprives him of even more of his rightful money.
12. This is not really SM's wrong, but did you know Geng has antifans within the ELF fanbase? They're called only12. Tbqh that comes off to me as gruesomely hateful, I really dislike this kind of thing. Anyway, it's them who cussed out Geng in Chinese wherever SJ went, where none of the other members would understand, also probably them who shouted his name during SJM performances shortly afyer news of the lawsuit came out and made Gengfans look bad. Them who almost caused our perfectly worthy Han Geng to not be named torchbearer for the 2008 Beijing Olympics, by spamming SM's page with comments like "the stage is more fabulous without Han Geng"
Add this to the articles that said Han Geng never gets vacations or wasn't allowed to take sick days, where he was known to have some kind of back disc hernia problem, his kidney problems, that one time his manager dripped an iv into him at an abnormal speed and then ripped it out which possibly could have caused Geng's death, just to get him and Siwon to the red carpet on time? The overwork we see every member going through, from debut even up until today.. Consider this. I typed this all up on my iPod guys, because I care about Geng and don't want any fan to be upset or disappointed in him that he left Super Junior. My heart hurts with everyone that feels this way, but I'm of the opinion that this step is necessary for my baby, my 25 year old second bias of my favorite band, to live a happy life.

Geng's attorney said SM was doing weird things to stall the case. Presenting confusing evidence so judges would have to reconsider the entire trial again, also adding more attorneys for the judges to reconsider the entire trial again, moreover, removing all the judges and replacing them (WHAT..)
The lawsuit was supposed to close last Tuesday. SM still seems to be dragging it along, but hopefully the case will end cleanly. And soon, before my nerves break haha
