Food Detox

So right now I feel like I need to go through a food Detox. Actually since yesterday I really have been. I feel like I ate so much between Thursday and Friday that my body made it so I physically could not put any more food in my stomach that was more than necessary.

Yesterday I didn't eat anything except a bagel, a little bit of my salad, and some oatmeal. Anything more than that and I would have hurked everywhere. Today I kind of have the same feeling, except my stomach doesn't hurt today. Which is good, which means I can actually get through work today. Woot.

I feel like the only way this blah feeling will go away will be to exercise. So tomorrow I have vowed to get on that elliptical, even if it kills me. Which at this point it just might.
