(no subject)
DEAD TIRED.
Today's Livejournal Writer's Block question reads: Have you even had a moment, an hour, or a day that renewed your faith in the fundamental goodness of humankind?
I thought about it, but I guess my answer's pretty personal, and doesn't relate to the rest of the world. (although one forever memorable time is when I left my camera on the SBS bus because I was half-dead and half-asleep, and omgomg the bus uncle actually noticed that I got off without my camera bag, so he stopped the bus and looked for my bag. Two hours later, I woke up and started panicking and went to the interchange. When I found out that they had it, I was so happy I nearly cried)
I firmly believe in 'the fundamental goodness of humankind', and that faith's renewed every day. When my parents make an extra trip to send me to school if I'm late, when I talk to good friends on a bad day, excited and exciting Preparations for Events, comfortable silences and simple enjoyment of company, people who make the extra effort and go the extra mile to encourage/do something sweet - what's there not to have faith in?
(On the other hand, watching my brother and sister quarrel every day could seriously damage that belief. Oh well :/)
Finally, congrats to Youth14s team for 2nd!!!! :DD
