Catertrade Competition
I am finding myself more and more frustrated with my pitiful food processor which is not exactly a lean, mean, cake-making machine. So when Catertrade decided to run a competition where you had to pick an item from their website, it wasn't a difficult decision to pick the amazing KitchenAid Heavy Duty Mixer. How awesome would it be to be able to process 4.5 KILOGRAMS of cake mix? I don't even know how many cupcakes that would make, but I'm guessing even I wouldn't get through them all in one day! AND THINK OF THE CHOCOLATE PUDDINGS!

The Catertrade site has loads of brilliant catering machinery, so if you fancy entering the competition yourself, just pick one and write about why you think it's so epic. It won't be tricky to find something!
