~ the first REJECTION!
I was right about what I said this morning! There really was no real chance with getting past the initial online screenings - got my Deloitte rejection after coming home this afternoon. I'm still glad that I applied though, even more thankful about the fact that the Deloitte HR people are so efficient. Applications only closed at midnight on the 25th of March. Now I can move on and be saved from the painful wait! LOL, last year I didn't get a rejection email from EY until after people finished their A/Cs...
Haha, I actually imagined that I'd be more upset for some reason... maybe it's because I've known since Saturday afternoon. Usually applicants get invited to do online testing within 48 hours pretty much. It's definitely the WAM this time, that's really the only way they could cut off a big chunk of the applications without doing too much reading.
Let's hope I'll get a phonecall tomorrow! *fingers crossed*
