Honey Pecan Chicken Strips

*sheesh* If anyone reads this blog for the first time, they'll think all we do is eat. I promise to do a post of substance soon. Serving this tonight with a green bean/new potato salad (next recipe) and sliced Roma tomatoes. Canteloupe for a light dessert.

I thought I'd let you know that I made this yesterday! thanks for the recipe. please note that shaking the marinated chicken in a ziploc bag of the crushed pecans is NOT a good idea LOL. we live and we learn. also next time I think I will use honey glazed pecans for an even better crunch/flavor.
but very yummy overall!
