I just realized that when I was doing my future planning last week, I actually miscounted. I only have 4 more classes to take for my major. Not 5 like I initially thought. Which actually simplifies things a bit.

Though I do still have 32 upper division units to complete. Which is pretty much exactly how many possible units I can take between now and my planned graduation date. Which means I can't take any more lower division classes. Which should be interesting for schedule planning.

Also, in today's mild amounts of research I did, I discovered that the CSU East Bay Graduate English Lit program is far superior to Sac State. Which doesn't bode well for any plans on my part to stay in Sacramento after graduation.

I'm also getting shit from my Mom about even considering Lit programs over Library Science. She wants me to go to Washington like my brother. Which, actually, is an intruiging thought to me. But it feels too much like following others' leads to me. I need to talk to Colleen (the brother's ex-girlfriend) about the Library Science program there and see if it's something I'm really strongly interested in.

Otherwise, it's been a mild weekend day. Which is nice. And very much needed morrighangw and I watched some Heroes, as well as Blink. And one of my friends in my major came over, as well as Jen, and we watched Garden State. I did my Medieval Lit reading for Tuesday, and started on my Milton reading for Tuesday. Baked cookies and made myself a nice salmon dinner. Not to mention, of course, I got up early, did laundry, and worked out. Which was actually an uber-productive way to START my Saturday.
