I made this for dinner last night. I had chicken and my mind was blank. Thank you thank you thank you. This was awesome.

I too cut up the chicken, and added a bit of chicken broth I had made while making this. Definitely making this again.

Hmmm, I think I'll do this for dinner tomorrow. :) I tier of doing chicken the same way each time. ( we tend to get in a rut and do chicken, pork, the same way )

I totally get that. Same happens at my house. We eat so much chicken that I have a pretty large number of tested recipes around but somehow I tend to turn to the same ones over and over!
