My Austrian host mother made something similar to this and I really liked it - which surprised me as I wasn't much of a fish person back then. I don't seem to be able to strike the right balance of "cooked but not rubbery" with most fish, sigh, but this does seem tasty.

My tilapia tonight was straight from the feezer, and it took 30 minutes. I would rather have fish a bit overdone than underdone, myself.

This is delicious. I made it tonight, with frozen tilapia. I used chopped rosemary and green onion, and I added some grated paremsan. NOM.

Thanks for this.

This looks quite good. I didn't see in time to get to the fish market. Have to try another soon though.

I like it a lot - it even reheats reasonably well in the micro (on half power) although the crumb topping of course doesn't stay crisp.
