Mmm... I have a sneaking fondness for rice crispie treats... these look like a really yummy variation! Maybe I'll have to try them and take the extras to work so I don't eat them all...

That's what I did with the second batch, because we ate the first batch in a day. I made them last night and I used regular coffee, not instant. It turned out just as good as when I used espresso.

Oh, and even though they are extremely easy to make, and most of us have all the ingredients, your work people will think you're a gourmet chef.
