Recipe: Irish Soda Bread

Ohh, that's definitely a nice hearty-looking version. I use this one, sometimes substituting 1/2-2/3 C flour for whole-wheat, and don't bother with caraway, but otherwise leaving it as-is. (I use instant dried buttermilk - works fine.) That one's very yummy, too, but I may have to try yours now!

Since it doesn't have raisins, this is a good one for with meals, but yours also looks tasty! (I'd never put in the caraway, as SO isn't very fond of it.)

I didn't have the oats, so I made it without and it was quite yummy. A great accompaniment to corned beef. Thank you again.
