Oh, I fix something just like this! Only with dill, instead of cilantro, and without the onion (either kind.) Yummy.

I rarely use the cilantro, even when I have some around; not quite sure why. And I never have fresh dill. It's good without any herb at all though.

Hmmmm, that is easy. I'll definitely have to try this. Ooh, and tomorrow is the farmers market under 41 bridge. I'll have to pop over and see if they have any cucumbers. We'll be having pork tomorrow for dinner.
