cont. from part 11...

as i was walking back to my hotel room after lunch, i suddenly remembered that my new shanghai friends told me that there are no lockers, etc close by xintiandi (there's no lockers at ark)... ie. my back pack or my shoulder bag is too big for the live.... luckily there was a shop that sells bags close by... so i bought a  small waist bag for 15rmb....

when i got to my hotel room, it's already 2pm... i took a quick shower, then i laid on my bed to rest a bit while listening to the cds i that i just bought in the morning...  by 3.20, i have already changed, had my new waist bag with me , ready to go....

3.45pm i got to xintiandi, but i didn't see any of them, i remember they told me to meet here at 3.30pm... well i later found out that they (2 of them) went to have lunch in the city and saw (stalk) mucc at the bund!! more on that later... so i went  to chat with the ark staff at the counter that sold the tour goods... there wasn't much, i had already bought mucc's shirt yesterday, and i'm going to get the sticker and aa's badges now....

mucc
Devilish T  200rmb  (i wish i had bought one more...)      Devilish Sticker  30rmb   (see sixinc megastore on mucc official site for pic)
acid android
Badges (a set of 6)   90rmb       T shirt    220rmb        "Faults" China version with poster    60rmb

since i was wearing the mucc T already, the ark staff basically used me as "model", whenever ppl came over and ask for mucc's shirt LOL...
the staff there were nice too, and since one of them recognised me from yesterday... somehow we were chatting like we know each well already... she said she doesn't listen to much japanese pop/rock before, in fact she doesn't listen to music much, and it's only after she got this job that she started to listen to some... which i found this is often the case with jobs, like, it's not that common to see ppl actually work in jobs that is related to their interest... it's not because it's their choice, or lack of motivation to pursue a job better suited their interests... most of the time it's 'circumstantial', it's the most 'convienient' path for them... i told her i understand, and i told her that i'm working for my dad in a outdoor lighting firm, and we both laughed.... and i said that's why there's such a term as hobby (as defined here http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/hobby), and that's also why i'm all the way over here (in shanghai) by myself, and she nodded in approval...

it's nearly 4.30pm, i went to line up (according to my numbered ticket)... and not too long, my friends had appeared.... they were all excited, when the two that went and saw mucc at the bund told me and the other girl (the same girl that took me to the cd shop) about there luck, we got all excited too LOL.... and there's a japanese women in the line behind us, and maybe she wanted to know why we were so happy/loud, she asked whether we were all mucc fans... and so she half- joined our conversation, ie me and another girl spoke to her in  broken japanese  ^^

ít's 5pm already, 2 japanese guys, one with a video cam, another holding a big card saying "we are mucc staff, please tell us why you like mucc" in japanese, english & chinese... unfortunately no one said a word, just a few V sign and waving hands... so i thought that's kinda sad, i mean they are mucc staff, obviously they want to film something and show it to the members (mucc)... so 2 seconds of delibration after i voiced my thought (that it's kinda sad etc), i told my friends that i'm going to say something to them since no one else wants to...

yes, i don't know what got into me, but i ran up to them, cos by that time they have already turned the corner to the other side of the alley... i tapped on the guy's (holding the card) shoulder...

me: *taps* mucc no staff desu ka
staff: *turns around* hai *shows me the card, smiling* please tell why you like mucc, we will show to mucc *points to camera*
me: *heart beating fast* riyuu wa takusan arimasu... mucc no ongaku wa kokkoii desu, member mo kokkoii desu...eeto,  gomen ne, nihongo wa chotto... hetta desu *flustering* (-_-||)

staff: so you are from hong kong? *surprised*
me: hai..
staff: so you come here by plane... to see mucc?
me: hai, mucc no raibu (live) no tame ni, hitoride kimashita v(^_^)v
staff: *claps* how long have you been a fan of mucc?
me: hazukashii kedo... "kuchiki no tou" no atode mucc no fan ni narimashita... ichi nen kan dake... hazukashii... (-_-||)
staff: iie, iie,  so which album you like best?
me: subete no (haha).... demo kuchiki no tou ga ichi ban suki desu
staff: naruhodo *smile*... so what do you want to say to mucc?
me: eeto... mucc daisuki, mucc saikou (yes, i'm a hopeless fan girl!).... ganbatte ne,  itsumo ouen shimasu kara... v(^o^)v
staff: arigatou thank you *smile*
me: iie iie...

than he walks off with the camera guy, and i walked back to the line feeling like a silly fangirl (that i am)....

cont. next time....

PS i really don't know what got into me on that day... but looking back now, i'm somehow glad that i went and did what i did... ^^
