I'm glad it's finally out cause I've been waiting for it for a long time. Now I am just waiting for the Wrestler trailer. Slumdog comes out in boston on November 21st which is perfect cause I'll be home for thanksgiving so I can go see it! woo-hoo!
I got Guitar Hero World Tour. The drums are really cool but really hard. I still like the Guitar Hero 2 white guitar better than the new one even though the click is nicer on the newer one, like the sound it makes when you strum sounds like a mouse, a computer mouse. There are a lot of songs and some of them are awesome and really fun to play and some are awful to play. It got a 7.9 on IGN which is bogus, even though I can kinda see where they are coming from.
I am doing pretty well with my new guitar. The end of this month means I've been playing for 5 months now. I am almost done learning Breathe by Pink Floyd which is cool. David Gilmour is my god. Fender is coming out with this David Gilmour signature Strat which is designed by him and his guitar technician so that's really cool. If I had 3 grand I would totally buy it. My roommate Brandon is grumpy all the time and goes to bed at liek 10:30, even though I don't really have a problem with it. But he never turns off the light when he goes to bed he just climbs up into his bed with his clothes on and turns towards the wall and just lies there. So then I get up and go to the bathroom and when I come back I turn off the light for him cause he's a bitch haha.
My mom is moving in to the new rental house in like 2 days I think. It's located on the Glades in Minot, not past the gate, like a few house before facing the ocean. It's a duplex and our other side house roommate is named Mark and he seems cool I guess. He's like 45 or something. He has a surfboard in the basement so that's cool I guess. The house is cool. It's got this big main room with a nice kitchen and living room and there's this weird loft thing which my brother gets to sleep in. It has it's own balcony so he can go and smoke doobies on it at night lolz. I get the room downstairs right down the hall from my mom's room and my room is cool, I am fine with it, it's actually big so that's cool. my mom says she's gonna live for there a year and then something else. She said I have to move in with her when I come home for...........christmas break? I hope not before.
