phew!

well my "to do" list has been increasing faster than i'm crossing off items. it seemed to be growing exponentially but today haHA! i got ahead of the game a little! when i woke up this morning i had 59 things on my list. throughout the day i crossed my way off all the way down to 49! really i got like 15 things done but i added 5 other things so it only seems like ten but hey... what can you do? i feel better. 49 is much more managable then 59 right? and even though it's technically already tomorrow i have every intention of crossing off at least another 2 things before i go to bed. as soon as my hands recover from the hour and 15 minutes i spent scrubbing my breakfast at tiffany's purse with a toothbrush and various cleaning substances. my hands are shrivled and sore but my purse looks great! it'll probably take it 3 days to dry but when it does i'll have my favorite purse back!

another thing i did today i got a butt load of patterns and notions (buttons, etc) at 80% off (four of the ones i posted earlier). so i payed forty dollars for what would normally cost me 200. not too bad, if i do say so my self. it was fabulous. some vogue patterns (usually the ones i like) are like 25 bucks and it's like dude what's the point of sewing a pattern that expensive. i'll buy the freakin dress for that price. ugh! but when it's 80% off it's only 5 bucks and that's much more do-able especially when the fabric you're putting with it is like 60 or 70% off. so you get for instance, what would normally cost me somewhere around $25 for the pattern (not that i'd ever pay that) and $30 in fabric (not that i'd usually buy fabric that nice) costs me $14 total and i get something nobody else has and the satisfaction i made it. so i'm really excited anyhow. i sat down and figured out what material was going to go with which pattern and i have some super cute plans!

You said you have ambition
to make my dream come true,
well brother you just keep right on wishing
and all of my dreams will come true… without you.
