Want to live 2 minutes from McGill for July and/or August? Looking for two people for a two-bedroom apartment (3 1/2). Gigantic bedrooms, shared kitchen/ living room, and bathroom. Very convenient for McGill, the Plateau, and downtown. A basement, which means it stays cooler that above-ground rooms in the summer heat (but don't worry, there are nice windows in the bedrooms!).
Fully furnished. A 7-minute walk to the McGill Metro, 5 minutes from groceries, Cinema du Parc, movie rentals, tailor, internet cafe, Second Cup and Presse Cafe, everything. Near several major bus routes.
Looking for ~$450, but the rent is negotiable!
