Oh, Ireland. I have eaten more here than I ever have in my entire life. Phot's family is sooooooooooo nice and welcoming and... just... keep feeding us (Harry Potter is provided along with food, though I've been re-reading the 5th like a good girl before I start in on the one I reeeally want to read). Seriously, I'm going to get to England and not be able to eat, it is pure madness. Glorious, glorious madness. We've done nothing but get driven around Ireland from distant relative to distant relative, then say hello, eat something, maybe stay the night, sit around a bit, drink tons of tea, and move on again. Ireland is wonderfully different from everywhere else, though much of the difference is the incredible hospitality.

Tomorrow we hop on a plane, and an hour and fifteen minutes after we take off, we will land in England. The joys of modern travel. Unfortunately, I'll miss my cousin by a few hours, he's running off to some Christian youth group camping shindig tomorrow morning. It'll be a bit of a whirlwind there as well, but I am looking forward to it. Of course, it'd be nice if I could kick this cold. &when the bruise on my knee from being hit by that car in Amsterdam fades (I'm fine, the old Dutch man just hit my bike's handlebars from the side and I got knocked into my bike kinda hard) I'll actually have no major marks on my legs for once. Not that that matters at all, I don't know what I'm babbling about. I just wanted to tell you all that I was hit by a car... and lived! ;)

&then I'm home. Since I'm away I haven't received my Conn email or set up Facebook, and I still have no idea who my roommate is. When I get my hands on that info, I'll try to catch up with all other incoming freshmen. Jaaaysus, so much to do when I get home! Not exactly looking forward to it. Ah well, it'll be over with and dealt with before I know it. Oh, optimism, you never do leave me, do you?
