Christianity, Karma and Reincarnation.

I'm not trying to argue or have a debate here but i'm just a little bit curious. In the Bible it talks about the concept that the son pays for the sins of the father. Could this be looked at as Karma? And every Christian i've met claims that children, before they are born, were souls in Heaven. From my understanding it seems that would fall in line with the belief of reincarnation. I'm not trying to argue the validity of these concepts or as to whether or not Christianity is correct. I'm just trying to figure out if these concepts would go hand in hand IF these concepts were in fact true. What do you think?
