Chance: "Now's a really good time to buy property in Louisiana.  Ever since Katrina, people have been moving out of there."
Alex: "I don't like Louisiana, it's all swamp there..."
Chance: "Florida's all swamp."
Alex: "Yea, but Louisiana is poor swamp"
