Seriously, this whole 110 degree weather just ain't cuttin' it.
Laura's at the Cadet Summit in San Diego ::grumble:: I had my ticket, but airline prices stopped me from going.
So, yes, I'll be moving cross-country next month. I'm excited, scared, nervous, and happy. Very Very. As scary as it is, up and leaving everything, I'm so excited about being in a new area, with new people, new opportunities, new everything! If only I could convince my whole family to go with me....
I'll be in the nor-cal area til August 18th, then I'll be home in LA till the end of the month. Shawn's flying out sometime in there, and he's gonna help me pack, drive, and move. He's also making a hullabaloo about seeing "Desert Kids" should they want to drive to LA. Apparently he misses them ;o)
So...yea, 6 weeks.
