THIS utterly deranged individual has left a corpse in front of my home!  I demand an immediate response!  You can't have psychopathic murderers running free in your City!

Should MY corpse happen to turn up on someone's porch, it's HIS doing.

I am only expressing my deepest trust that unlike our... deceased friend, you'll keep yourself in the best tidings. And you seem very startled besides, funeral arrangements might take your mind off things.

I don't even know this woman. Here I was assuming the police would respond in a timely fashion and cart her off to the morgue or... wherever.
