"I've done a lot of growing because of Doumkei-kun. He's taught me to shoot an arrow with some skill and has taken care of me both at home and at the other island. While he was here I felt a little distant, not wanting to rely on him as much. I regret pulling away from him however; now that he's gone I regret it deeply. He's very nearly my closest friend back home and I miss him dearly. With out him I wouldn't have had the courage to be who I am now."

"I love Watanuki with all of my heart. He is a very good friend who has taught me a lot about trusting people. He also taught me to make cookies! Though he changed a few times over the years we have both been to two islands as well. I am glad for the time I got to spend with him there, here and at home. He is gone now and I can only hope that he is happy and safe at home again. I am babysitting his cat, Koyuki until he returns, if he does."

"It is... hard to figure out exactly how it happened but he is perhaps the closest person in port that I consider to be a true friend. He's interesting, calm, protective, handsome and very trustworthy. I don't want to admit that I might have a small crush on him, oh dear, that's not good... He knows about my curse and still seems to want to help. I hope I help him as well. He started a Greeter Protection Service to help keep greeters safe on the job, though I feel... guilt(?) because it happened after I died. I trust him above all others at this moment."

"He's such a nice guy who seems to have some problems (but who doesn't?). I don't think he's adjusting well to the city, or I should say it took him a while to do so. I sometimes wonder if he thinks it's all a really bad dream. I can't blame him for that however as it does seem like a bad dream. He works at the boat rental place and seemed to enjoy the ocean! I've really enjoyed talking with him and really hope I'm not a bother. "

"He was so surprising and sweet! For a while he was one of my closest friends in port and someone who knew about my curse but didn't seem to mind. He just seemed to show up one day in my life and I wouldn't have traded that for anything. Yosuke died and... has left the Port then returned... but he doesn't remember any of it, at all. I think perhaps his death was partly my fault. I forgot to remove the curse and-oh, I just think it might be easier...kinder to him if I kept my distance again. He's far too kind to have to suffer any more pains. "

"He's Yosuke and Naruto's close friend and someone I find really interesting. Aloof and laid back but with such a bad rep now. It seems like he's gone through so much and his friends always seem to close to him. I sometimes wonder if I bother him though. I try not to poke at him too much now but I try to keep an ear out for news on him. When I returned after a death I was really surprised to find him offering company and take-out. He seems really understanding and caring, even if some of the other Newcomers cant see that. I try to keep my distance... I don't want to bring him trouble. "

"He was another person who just came out of nowhere, yelling and cheering and being loud and pretty much just... telling me that we would be friend. I laughed it off at first because it was amusing. Cute even. When he actually stuck around or checked up on me though I realized he was just that, a good friend. I wish I could have spent more time with him when he was here. I miss hearing the loud network posts! "

"A interesting person! Zoro was very stern and grumpy faced almost all of the time but when you got him to laugh he laughed out loud and proudly. It was so very lovely! He learned about my curse and challenged it! Haha, then challenged me. He taught me what it was to be a warrior as well as how to train better with my sword. I really miss our training (even the rope around my waste tied to a huge rock I still can't move!) and time spent together. He's left port and returned to remember none of it though. Again... another lost friend. He's different now and I don't like to bother him. It's... not the same. Which is good, really, for him and me. I think I was starting to fall for him. "

"He's a close friend of Sephiroth's (though I think there is a time-line difference somewhere) and another General from that world. Or, was at least. He seems much more laid back on some things then the other man and though I haven't spoken with him much at all he seems rather interesting. I'm hoping to have the chance to chat with him more. I'll be careful though, as he doesn't know about my curse and the last thing I want is to hurt him. "

"A medical student and a gentleman! I think at first I was a little startled by him. He has such a way of speaking that I haven't really experiences in port yet, but he seems to be very intelligent so that explains a lot. He speaks French! As well as a bit of Japanese it seems! I'm trying to help get an on site medic for the greeters because of his grand ideas and I really hope it works. I'd really like to talk with him more, as he seems to be a real interesting conversation. "

"He's so small and young to be a superhero, but that's what he reminds me of! He broke into my house one night with all his bitty rage to ask me questions about Sylar and my death. I don't blame him for being so upset. He said that his father had died because of the man. An angry boy, but you can't blame him for that. I'm going to keep an eye out for him on the network, if I can. "

"Horrible, horrible, jerkface, mean, evil man! Oh, I just... I can't even keep my thoughts straight with this! I've never actually had so much hate for a person before him. There was that woman who kept hurting my friends, back at the other island but even then... even then I just-He killed me! I just offered him help as a greeter and he turned around and took my brain! I don't know what to say about him other then I really do wish him the worst luck ever. He's so powerful and seems to have no sense of regret for anything he does. He... scares me, a lot."

"I didn't get to talk to her much or for that long and I think I felt a little out of sorts half the time we spoke but she was a very lovely woman with such a lovely voice. I was really looking forward to talking to her more often but... well, someone reported that she was-ah, gone. We'll leave it at gone. She had such grace to her though, and I loved her hair."

"Oh! I am so out of contact with Amy! I think she seems very nice though sometimes hard to talk to. Every tiem I start to worry that I bother her though she contacts me somewhere next. I need to try and keep in better contact with her though, I really do. She's so young. "

"Remus's friend from England! I actually spoke to him after Remus left, but I had heard a bit about him. He seems like a really fun guy. He was so kind to come and help me when Watanuki and Doumeki disappeared for the first time. He took me to their apartment by magic too! It was really amazing. He knows about my curse and seems to think he can brave it. I don't think he knows I can control it now though, or at least not as well as I do. He's a bit like a little brother I always wanted... but I haven't been good with keeping contact with him. I should fix that. He helped me a lot with Oran as well! "

"He was really friendly and rather amusing! A friend of Sirius' I met Remus first at a club on Friday the 13th, watching him pull pranks on people. They were all innocent and really fun so I've always been very glad that I ventured out. He encouraged me to get out of my home and I did. Conversations with him were intelligent and fun! I'm pretty sure if he had stuck around I might have really been in trouble with my heart would have had a really brilliant friend. "

"Energetic, happy, strong willed and opinionated! Joe is a wonderful guy! He pops up on the network once in a while and has been nothing but friendly and caring to me. He even offered to let me stay with the group of them for company and safety when I got back. Offered help in protecting me. I think it's simply charming and I really, really do love hearing from him. I must learn to contact him more often."

"I met him around Christmas of 2010, shortly after he got into port. We've had a few nice if not sad conversations and he was very sweet, or so I think. I feel bad though because I haven't kept up with him and what he's doing in port, but I also feel like I should... keep distance from him as well. I don't know... I worry I might infect him with some more bad luck and really, he doesn't need anymore. "

"A gentleman and fantastic seamstress (should that be tailor? Oh my). I haven't spoken to him as much as I might like to but conversations have been interesting in the past. Something about him reminds me of someone I knew before but it's so very hard to remember. I commissioned him to make me a dress once and truthfully it's one of my favorite dresses that I own. I'd love to buy a few more of his designs."

"The King of Greeters! I don't get to talk to him nearly as often as I should because conversations with him feel like you are talking to royalty. Well, cheerful and friendly royalty at least. He joined the Greeters shortly after I did and he's just been a joy to work with. "

"He helped Watanuki get Doumeki back from the slave raids a year or more ago. Since then I've noticed him here and there in port. He seems to love to eat! When I returned... he was one of the people who came out to help me get inside. I really don't think I have thanked him properly for that. He's been there so often for me or my friends. I need to look in on him more."

"I don't know him too well but he was really interested in the Greeter Program, which makes me happy! He's so very young but also very strong. Something about him reminds me of a more cheerful Syaoran though. Seeing him makes me remember my friends. He's a really good guy I believe."

Very flexible for her personality. She seems very strong and protective. A friend of the Doctor, though her wit about the man and how she tries to warn people about him makes me giggle. I'd love to get to know her better some time. "

"A prince! Or so I heard. He seemed really awkward for the most part but oh he was a lot of fun to talk to. I feel bad for him and his sister though. Those rotgut kittens are really frightening. It was the attack on him by those kittens that made me realize just how frightening the darkness really can be. He's been gone for some time now but once in a while I wonder how he's doing. "

"She's beautiful and so skilled. We don't talk much but I do keep tabs on what she's doing or at least her status. She works for the SPFD and that's pretty cool, really. She also has been a great help to the Newcomers and even got a boarding house to help support it! When people start to find themselves in need of a place to go for a bit, I can point that out to them."

"During one of those big earthquakes I got really badly hurt. I hear he was the doctor that got... um... well that had to take care of him. I feel bad for how it was handled. My boss at the time was really very insistent that I was taken proper care of though. I don't talk to him often but I keep an ear out for him and what he's doing. He does so much for the Newcomers that it's always good to know what is going on. "
