I need to get back on my points plan. I've started an exercise plan called 5BX.
5BX is for guys and
XBX is for girls - they're based on the same concept but have different target groups. It's easy and I think it's easy enough to stick with it.
Once I start getting good with that every morning, I'm going to see about adding in the hundredpushups program again. I was too good at the two hundred squats one for me to keep up with it and I'm going to add the two hundred situps one later. Little bit by little bit.
I've been teasing myself with a gym membership for a little while. One hand says yes, do it, it's the key to getting thin, and the other hand says no, don't, because you're a lazy ass and it'll just be wasted money. Also, I think no because I want to take it slow getting into exercise so I can keep with it.
I have a size 32 suit that fits great in the shoulders and it's a little snug. I'll get there. Then size 30, then size 28, then I'm out of options in "adult" clothing, and have to go to the little boys section. Not sure if I want to do that, seeing as the quality drops way low when you hit the boy's section. Once I get there, I want to bulk up, so I need to save the 34s, 33s, 32s, etc. I'll beef up and be hot. 9% bodyfat. That's what I want.
9% bodyfat.
I'm more disciplined than most people because I got up at 6am and exercised and jogged a half mile in the freezing cold.
I'm stronger than most people because instead of eating breakfast, I waited, drank a glass of water, and had coffee after that.
I'm more productive than most people because I did laundry this morning, took out the dogs, (exercised), put all my clothes away, did email and online stuff, went to the storage unit and am now at the library.
I will get to 9% bodyfat because of these things. It's easy enough that I can keep it up.
I want to thank
200orless because she's amazingly supportive.
