This week ghostgecko brings us a picture challenge:

Pick a cover from Gay on the Range (an archive of 50's and 60's book covers) and write a story around it. For femslash covers go to Strange Sisters.
Once you've chosen a picture, you have 45 minutes.

Can fics be based on the title of the cover, or just the picture?

Also, thanks for that link. Very intersting titles/pictures/tag lines. Some of them made me laugh out line. *G*

Hmmm... Well, if a title inspires you run with it. I like some of the titles alone. ^_^

I know. I have an urge to track down and read at least one of these books now. :D

So, er, yes they can be based on title or picture or any combination.

Actually, if you write femslash, go to http://www.strangesisters.com/ which is the same thing, only with lesbian fiction. Sorry, I forgot to mention that!
