Lovely.
I love your Boromir. Proud, slightly bewildered and not really in control of the situation, being bested by Arwen and her lover Aragorn.
And of course, they have both lost their mothers at a tender age. That was quite an eyeopener!

I keep meaning to do more with the fact that they both lost their mothers but this wasn't the challenge for it. Poor Boromir, I seem to keep writing him slighly confused these days. *g* Thank you!

I really love this story. Especially, and this surprised the heck out of me, the bit with Arwen. In my own A/B stories I've tended to conveniently ignore her, but I love how you've handled the dynamic between the three of them.

Thanks! I actually really like Arwen and would much rather her be there enjoying herself than have Aragorn cheating on her; I figure she's an elf, human morality probably doesn't work for her the way it does for Boromir. *g*

Oh, I do as well. I was very happy to see her get an expanded role in the movies, but I've struggled with how to handle her in the context of slashing Aragorn and Boromir. Enjoying herself is definitely an option I need to explore.

I've done the "she doesn't care until we're married" thing, the "being a 3000-year-old elf, she finds monogamy tedious" thing and the standard "she just doesn't understand me, not being human" thing, but I'm much happier when it's, "You like him, I like him, he likes us, get another pillow." *g*

That was lovely, just lovely. I love Aragorn and Boromir, but having Arwen there made it that much more beautiful. And the fact Boromir reached for her hand, that really did me in.

Thanks so much! (And love your icon!) I really like the three of them together but I know there are some fans of the pairing, and some readers of slash in general, who cannot abide her. I seem to keep writing it anyway though.
