I know that he once loved my brother, and though I do not know the nature of their bond, I can guess that it must have been deep for him to continue to mourn so keenly.

Oh dear. Oh my. This part certainly elicited a fangirlish "eeee!" from me. I am pathetic, and this 'fic is excellent.

The pleasure I can give him is only momentary, yet he seeks it again and again, like a warrior who keeps tearing at a scar to remind himself of past battles.

Love that image.

And so, perhaps, I do understand.

Very nice. I am especially attracted to the bittersweet tone of this story. Really enjoyed it.

Well, every time anyone sneaks even a hint of Boromir into a story I am appeased. ^_^

But at least I'm in good company!

Like the new A/B/F icon, btw.

Nice character improv. It felt complete, not snippetlike, so I was sated. *thumbs up*

Thanks so much! I am sure it could be more detailed, but I was working under the clock.

Still, I do not think Aragorn comes to me only to seek his lost companion in a close relation. He and I have too much history of our own.

Oooo, and shall we be hearing more of that history? ^_^

I really like your characterization of Faramir here.

Probably yes. Unfortunately. *g*

And thank you!
