I love some weekends too much. On Friday I went costume shopping and hit the same used book store again. Erica and I went to a little haunted house put together by a dorm on campus, where one of the zombies scared the hell out of me by greeting me by name. I recovered from that by sipping a chai latte and watching Children of Eden, which is Stephen Schwartz (of Wicked) about the Bible; specifically, Adam and Eve and Cain and Abel, and later Noah and family. On Saturday, I watched Saw 2, which I think I would have liked better as a book.
I'm ready with an anime costume for tomorrow. I'm still debating how to keep warm (it's short-sleeved) and how to carry around the
3-foot spatula, but at least I have something from the past four years with me.
I should be studying, but. . .
