I have Mac OS X! The long-awaited, really new and ultra-improved OS for my Mac is here! :^)
Silvy ordered it for me on Friday. (He then waited until I was about to order it myself to tell me that he'd already done so. Isn't he a silly guy? :^) )
It arrived Tuesday, but they weren't willing to drop it off before Silvy signed for it, so I didn't get it until Wednesday night. I promptly erased the Public Beta install I had and put the final version on when I got home. :^)
So I've been playing around with it, downloading software, and generally having a grand old time, even if I did manage to get a kernel panic once. :^P :^)
And LiveJournal already has a Mac OS X client at least partly working, which is what I'm using to post this. Yay! :^)
In other news, I still need to ink and scan the pictures I did for me and Silvy to put on our journal... Hopefully I'll get around to that this weekend...
