how do you make pictures to file png?

but i dont know how to save it to png.
first its jpg and then i want it to jng,
how do i do that?

Maybe you can go to MS Paint or other programs like Photoshop..
Open the file there, then save as .png file.
Ermmm do you get me? Haha :D
