Hokay
In an effort to get myself posting again, while not overdoing it with something like a 'post everyday' competition, I've decided to update this journal 3 times a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday style. Recently I've been thought about getting my video camera back out and filming stuff, and I'm also currently looking at getting a Nikon D50. Oh and drawing. I miss drawing stuff. So maybe we'll get some visual stuff in the mix sooner or later, mais ouais.
I've found that lately I've not been very creative. I don't play an instrument any more, I haven't drawn anything in a while except crappy doodles in my notebook that frustrate me either because it's the same thing over and over again, or it's crappy/really abstract/ the kind of illegible shit one draws as a kid, I haven't been making movies, or writing scripts. Just school work, just being social with friends sorta. Utilitarian. Evanescent. It's been a bit depressing and makes me feel useless.
And there you have it! I think I might also try to have a day, say Sunday, when I'll post little things that aren't creative, like generical entries about things I'm up to, or links to neat things I've found on The Internets. I guess we'll see. Oh, and I've decided, and I decided this some time ago, that upon graduating from college I'm leaving LiveJournal and switching to something else, like WordPress, but until then, I'll remain loyal to le LJ. Just a heads up.
