Sony Ericson !
I "admitted" my sony ericson Hp to Bishan branch last Thursday, it was new year eve.
the CS told me it will take 1 week or more .. she will stamped this as urgent but no guarantee.

So now, its Saturday .. its 9 days inclusive of holidays and weekends ...
i called ... this lady answered the call, said the soonest is Monday after 2pm.
I said i have brought this for service since last Thursday.
She said Yes but it's jammed now, and already expediated on my case.
I asked WHAT's the purpose of stamping this as urgent when its still more then 7 days.
She said "yours is urgent thats why you can get it on Monday, if not will need another week" !
I raised my voice and fucked her upside down! Asking her WHAT KIND OF SERVICE is this !!!
I asked for the MANAGER !
She said : Im the Manager!
Fucking Disastrous ! I dont expect a Manager to speak this way.
Totally no standard, no class !
