When: Recovering from a bullet to the abdomen, Sherlock takes on a new sort of case.
Sherlock heals quickly. The area he was shot in was one of the most fortunate places to be shot. He teases John periodically about how it's nothing, that he is unsure why John has always made a big deal over his own bullet wounds.
Nearly every waking moment, when his hair isn't being kisses or John isn't stroking his back or resting against his chest, Sherlock is prowling.
He needs to find out what's happening, and has no idea that he could well be sabotaging himself. Every time John comes to find him, Sherlock is elbow deep in his things.
