"No Place Like Home"
Who: Sherlock and John (
pocketwatson )
When: Continued from "
The Line." John is a soldier first, a doctor second, and a loyal man throughout.
John gets stronger everyday and everyday, Sherlock grows a little less tense. He had to face entirely too much of himself in Scotland and now that he's home, John can properly heal. Gladstone, for his part, is a constant companion for the doctor -- who still needs to remind Sherlock to walk the dog twice a day, taking over John's usual duties. Sherlock doesn't even scowl (much) when the blond takes over his sofa.
After John is capable of returning to work, however, Sherlock lays on his sofa for the entire day.
It's bliss. Gladstone thinks so too. Likely, however, John will not be so thrilled to find Sherlock in the same position he left him in.
