Or, slightly more seriously, I find the activity in question fairly far to one end of the whatever<--->hot spectrum when it involves my preferred pairing of genders (with some regret, I am pretty much a Kinsey 6), so toss in one more factor that puts it outside of my prurient interest range and it's not something I want to spend lots of time thinking about. This is not to be sex negative or even down on fisting beyond indifference, and it certainly isn't to say that the people in question aren't attractive.
