Bbq chicken wrap recipe

This is more for personal reference so I remember everything in it while it's fresh in my mind, but anyone's free to take it. I actually recommend it.

Ingredients

**1 Package of large tortillas
3 chicken breasts
1 package shredded colby jack cheese
1 Romaine lettuce section
1 bag of blue corn tortilla chips, or tortilla strips
Ranch dressing
BBQ sauce

1. Slice chicken breasts into 1/2 to 3/4 inch slices and grill (george foreman). This chicken can also be replaced with frozen sliced grilled chicken. Either way, cook them until they are done.
2. Shred lettuce to small (1/2 in thick) pieces, you should have at least 5-6 cups
3. Baste the chicken with the bbq sauce.
4. Place a handful of the cheese on the tortilla, spread it out, and pop the tortilla in the microwave for 30 seconds.
5. Place a handful of lettuce on the melted cheese.
6. Place a few pieces of crunched tortilla chips, or the torilla strips on top of the lettuce.
7. Drip some ranch on top of the lettuce and tortilla chip pieces.
8. Place some of the bbq chicken on top of the ranch.
9. Fold the "short" ends of the tortilla over, they may not stick well, so move fast, then start to roll the rest of the tortilla over.
10. Slice and serve.

Yields 5-6 wraps
**You should use spinach torillas if you know where to find them. If you know where they sell those, let me know! I want to use them!

I'm sure if someone were to take it, they'd want a little more info, so. This was my version of Red Robin's bbq chicken wrap, which is absolutely delicious, instead of spending way too much money on their food, I recreated it. Jeff even says it was better than theirs! (Ego boost? Probably.. but I must say, they were delicious!)
