I feel so blah lately. I have a new medicine added to my current treatment, trazodone, which is suppose to help me sleep. It's been kicking my ass, on top of class mon, tues, and weds, on top of work mon-fri, I feel so... empty

A dumb story.

For the past couple of times I went over to my friend's house, I'd wind up sleeping on his couch while everyone else plays X-Men Legends (Xbox), virtually non-stop. (Don't get me wrong, I like the game and all, but...I just never seem to have the energy or desire to play it, most of the time.) Anyway, one of my friends told us of a story a while back, of some guy at some LAN competition or something, who advanced pretty far, and was awaiting his next competition. However, when his chance to compete finally rolled around again, this guy supposedly wasn't around for it because he was sound asleep in some other room. I can't remember the story too well, but my friend said something along the lines of the guy getting the "Ironman award" for sleeping away his chances to win that tournament. Which is funny, considering "Ironman", I believe, is a term usually reserved for someone who does just the opposite and can manage to play a game for an extremely long time; going without sleep and all.

So, the moral of the story: pretty much...whenever everyone else is playing Wolverine, Jean Grey, Cyclops, Colossus, or Iceman...I wind up reprising the role of "Ironman". (Not to be confused with Iron Man, of Avengers fame - or whatever.)
