Perhaps you should give more attention to your plant. It may be feeling Shindou-san-deprived.
I believe there was talk of someone named "Prussia" having a New Years party. Or maybe it was "Russia."

Yes, Shindou-san.
Don't ask me why someone would name their child after a country. It's the same as Americans naming their children 'May' or 'June' or even 'July.' I've even heard of some children being named 'Asia.'
Prussia isn't exactly a country anymore, though.

They're the personification of their country. In most worlds, it's probably impossible, but in their world, that's the way it is, I guess.
