um, quick update.
- saw Captain America this afternoon. it was pretty good, actually. lots of explosions and a little bit of slashiness and an attractive 50's looking heroine.
i think i spent most of the movie staring at her boobs/at explosions, though, and not thinking about the plot. god i'm such a man sometimes
- it's very distracting when the thing you are studying is the thing that distracts you. uck
it's also annoying when you're studying something you actually like and working makes it boring. i swear this class is ruining nearly everything i care about, some of it possibly permanently.

- right after saying i'm physically incapable of writing fanfiction, i find myself writing Mona Lisa Overdrive fanfiction. what the hell is this abomination
- 26,000+ words. sweet jesus
-it is so hot out that my organs are melting into puddles of greasy ooze and it's terrible
