i thought i'd do something a little different today. . .and since i was fiddling around with ingredients, i now present to you:
rachel's pudding recipe (aka rachel's chocolate spread/cookie-dough substitute/lump of delicious mush)
tastes better than it looks, i swear!
INGREDIENTS. i used a tablespoon to make these measurements and it made 1 bowl, so multiply accordingly.3 parts butter (melted or partially melted)
6 parts sugar
1/4 part vanilla extract
2 parts milk4 parts flour
2 parts cocoa powder (or chocolate chips, if you have them)
1/4 part salt
1. in a medium-sized bowl, mix the sugar and the butter until completely combined. add the cocoa powder and the vanilla extract; stir some more.
2. in a separate bowl, combine the flour and salt. once they're mixed, add the milk and stir up again. then pour it into the other bowl so you have a giant mass of unmixed chocolaty goop.
3. mix thoroughly, because lumps of flour are gross and you don't want to eat them. it should look like this:
4. either eat it cold or put it in the microwave for a minute or two. . .it's pretty good warm. enjoy!
