Running

Didn't think that I will koin the 10KM run.
In the end, I did finish it.
Bought a new pair of shoes just for the run. (Mainly excuse to buy.)

Anyway, having been doing any jogging/running for 2 years.
Didn't train for 10KM.
End up timing not really good but I am happy.

After the run, figure that since my legs will be aching the next day, went to gym to work on the rest of my body so that I can have full body ache.
Haha.
Currently still aching away.
Just nice that can make use of the showering facility to have a shower.

Overall experience was good though my legs were complaining but I choose to ignore.
Must not let my doctor and physiotherapist know that I push myself over the limit again.
So now doing lots and lots of stretching.

Strictly speaking I am far from recovering from Achilles Tendinitis.
Just check my heel and it hurts.
I hate sports injury.
