Decided to take a break from my online persona.
Anyway, this journal is more for me to rant then having anything substantial.
Have been rather busy recently. Other than my work, there are the books, exercises, etc.
Heck, I don't even really have time for my family much less friends. -_-"'
Just finished a short language course and guess will be taking a break to at least free up one day.
Still must continue to learn more of the language.
Unfortunately, linguistic capability is not really in me.
Monday - jog and gym after work
Tuesday - swimming
Wednesday - free finally!!!
Thursday - either jog and gym or swimming
Friday - be lazy?
Saturday - reserved for friends and family or library to study
Sunday - reserved for friends and family or library to study
Still have not decide on the actual schedule but would love to continue to proceed to next level for Tennis.
The most unfortunate thing that has happened is that I gain weight again.
Hmmm I have gained as much as 4kg.
Not a very good sign indeed.
The more I gym and exercise, the more I eat.
I feel hungry every 3 hours and this is more or less to my secondary school days but I don't remember putting on weight during that time.
Must be the lack of cardio exercise.
Guess I better watch what I eat.
Now I am hungry again. :(
