Weight issue and exercises

Have been putting on weight. Well not that I really mind but I find it a bit unhealthy.
I read report about fat around waist, etc.
Hmmm.

I like jogging personally. Unfortunately, my legs doesn't like to jog.
Previously it is the hell, now the pain seem to be moving upwards. -_-"'

Guess maybe I should change to swim more regularly instead.
I seriously find sports injury, over-strained muscle an irritation.

Well, still trying to get a hand on tennis which unfortunately that I cannot transfer my table tennis skills without tweaks.

Hurray because this coming Sunday is table tennis day.

Monday - Tennis
Tuesday - Swimming
Wednesday - Short jog and gym
Thursday - Swimming
Friday - Relax. Check that I am still alive???
Saturday - Badminton (waiting for my bro to be back)
Sunday - Table Tennis

Think I should still be alive. I think.
I guess after having restrained myself for a long time, it is back to norm?
Will I be able to keep to this schedule?

Hmmm. Maybe will have to change a bit once I take up a new language.
In summary, now I really have no time for any other things. -_-"'
