Weiss had been here long enough to where he was already familiar with locations, the training grounds in particular. As such, almost immediately after sending the order, he set off at once, arriving quickly and taking to waiting.
Though he was confident that Azul would report swiftly and without question, he was curious to see how quickly the others responded. Thus far, they had seemed reluctant to accept their current position, and issuing the order before they had time to get too comfortable with their complaints was one way to help rectify this. The quicker they adapted, the easier this would be.
If anything, he supposed their curiosity would guarantee their attendance, which would do for now. Continuing to wait, he took to scanning the area for any hint of the others arrival.
